October is “National Domestic Violence Awareness
Month” and Susan Brauer was interviewed by Mike Sanders

and marriage to her childhood sweetheart and how that relationship
turned abusive and ultimately violent and dangerous;
the pivotal event that changed everything; what can happen
when one begins to make positive changes in their life; and that
“it truly is never too late to live happily ever after”.
