Open free to the public, IWPA will be hosting its joint event with the Chicago Writers Association on Saturday, July 11 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm (please see our events page). This is a fantastic opportunity for any communicator looking to make some connections, enjoy good food, and help promote one of IWPA’s main missions – to provide communicators of all professions and genders with a community. If you are looking to network with some of the finest communicators in Chicago, this is the event for you.
This dual association social seeks to change the historical tendency of Chicago’s communications organizations to operate in silos. By providing a compelling, inclusive evening, we seek to bring every professional into the networking fold. There will be a plethora of educational, promotional and professional opportunities.
